A Little About Me
My name is Katie - Welcome to my website!
A little about me... I am first and foremost a Midwife! As well as a passionate yogi!
I have been a yoga student since 2014 experiencing many different styles of yoga.
In 2018 I decided to combine my job and hobby and so trained as a pregnancy/postnatal/mum and baby yoga teacher.
I completed my training with Sally Parkes in August 2018.
I then complete further antenatal training with Tammy Mittell at Real Flow Yoga in 2019.
In early 2020 I completed my full 200hour yoga teacher training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow at Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa, India. I am currently training in the style of Yin Yoga with Sampoorna also.
I am passionate about sharing yoga as a resource and support for mental wellbeing and sharing that yoga is more than the fancy poses we see on instagram!
AND not only thatI am also a qualified KGH hypnobirthing Teacher!
When you join my class, I will address your strengths and needs individually and lead you in the right direction to reach your goals whatever they may be. Below are the classes I hold weekly.
